Our Data Center is located at Av. Americas No. 31-20 (Bogotá, Colombia). This Data Center has TIER-2 characteristics (according to TIA-942 standard  approved by Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) and American National Standards Institute (ANSI)). This means  redundant energy supply and temperature control, 24x7 CCTV monitoring, access control systems, automatic fire detection and supression system and internal processes according to technology management industry´s best practices. These security conditions apply also in our building, where the Data Center is located.
