NOC (NETWORK OPERATION CENTER)

We provide Network Operations Center (NOC) services, for both services hosted in our Data Center as well as an outsourcing for our customers infrastructure if needed.

As a fundamental part of our roles we provide network monitoring, communication channels administration and  management, incident response and service reports.

This control center works in 7x24x365 mode, performing incident analysis and solutions, coordinating on-site specialists, interaction with  other NOC, scaling with suppliers, manufacturers and third-parties tracking cases until final resolution. With this service the IT processes are permanently monitored supporting their availability.
