The technological tool used allows the allocation or distribution of documents to the users of the Organization and/or previously parameterized roles.

 

Also the tool handles a security scheme that relies on configurable permissions according to the structure of the organization and in turn, integrates a control board that allows the user to identify alerts depending on the criticality of the document, unread mail, correspondence send among others.
